**BIJ WELKE DIENST KOM JE TERECHT?**:
Sinds 2010 staat de dienst NRClick ter beschikking van de Brusselse gemeentes en bepaalde paracommunale autoriteiten zoals OCMW's, politiezones, vzw's alsook verschillende gewestelijke instellingen (de DBDMH, Net Brussel, het Brussels parlement...) enz.

Wat zijn de doelstellingen van deze dienst?
- De unieke partner van de gemeentelijke en gewestelijke openbare besturen worden/blijven op het vlak van energie - aankoop, productie, distributie, gebruik, monitoring - en hen helpen om hun al dan niet bindende doelstellingen waar te maken op het vlak van energie-efficiëntie en het beheer ervan.
- Zich profileren als neutrale en onafhankelijke energiefacilitator met als doel een uniek aanspreekpunt op te zetten voor de openbare autoriteiten.

De rol opnemen van neutrale integrator, facilitator, adviseur enz. én speler op het terrein.

De dienst NRClick adviseert en begeleidt klanten inzake energiebeheer op verschillende vlakken.

Die dienst steunt op de applicatie NRClick Scan. De gegevens ervan zijn afkomstig van verschillende bronnen: de gebruikers, Sibelga (SAP/andere), de meetgegevens van het terrein, de commercieel energieleveranciers, externe gegevens (weerberichten, regelingen van verwarmingsinstallaties...) enz.

De medewerkers van de dienst NRClick - monitoring beheersen verschillende disciplines om hun taken te kunnen uitvoeren en om het werk van afwezige collega's te kunnen overnemen.

De dienst NRClick werkt ook nauw samen me

**JOUW JOB**:
Je fungeert als interface tussen de gebruikers en de applicatie. Je staat in voor de support, het instellen van parameters en het extraheren van standaardgegevens.

Je waakt over de boomstructuren van de infrastructuren in Scan. Je centraliseert het beheer van de referentieaspecten van de sites en gebouwen in de Scan-applicatie.
- Je brengt de nieuwe klanten/openbare besturen (OB’n) in. Je verzamelt de kadastersgegevens bij de verantwoordelijke die het OB aanstelde. Je stelt de boomstructuur voor en implementeert ze om tegemoet te komen aan de behoeften van het OB.
- Je past de boomstructuren aan opdat ze inspelen op de realiteit van het terrein. Je doet dat op verzoek van de OB’n of de interne klanten (steeds in overeenstemming met het OB).
- Je werkt de technische en administratieve eigenschappen bij en je staat de OB’n bij voor het behoud ervan.
- Je stelt de parameters in van de registers voor het invoeren van de meterstanden.

Je zorgt voor de bepaling van de parameters en de goede werking van de verslagen voor de OB’n.
- Je stelt de parameters van de alarmen en de verslagen in en je activeert ze.
- Je ziet toe op de goede uitvoering van de automatische taken die zorgen voor de aanmaak van die verslagen. Zo nodig, volg je de oplossingen voor de problemen op: met het team of de onderaannemer.

Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor alle vragen over het gebruik van het Scan-platform: voor de interne én externe klanten.
- Je treedt op als eerstelijnshelpdesk en je speelt zo nodig de vragen door aan de betrokken personen.
- Je staat in voor de extractie van de gegevens voor de interne en externe klanten aan de hand van de standaardtools.
- Je beheert de functionele mailbox (FMB) voor de Scan-gerelateerde aspecten.
- Je verzorgt de opleiding van de gebruikers van de applicatie.

Je bent de back-up van de beheerder van de applicatie Move en je verwerkt daartoe de dagelijkse verzoeken.
- Je volgt de FMB op.
- Je creëert de gebruikers.
- Je volgt de transacties op.
- Je voegt nieuwe EAN’s toe.
- Je fungeert als helpdesk voor de applicatie.

Je verzamelt en brengt de nodige gegevens bijeen voor de opvolging van de activiteiten van de dienst ETS.
- Met de hulp van de data-analist sta je in voor het onderhoud van de opvolgingstool van de projecten ‘Inter Click’.
- Je verzamelt en berekent de KPI's.

Je zorgt voor de bijwerking van de documentatie van al die activiteiten.

Je zorgt voor de bijwerking van de onlinedocumentatie voor alle NR Click Scan-elementen waar de klanten toegang toe hebben.

**JOUW PROFIEL**:

- Je hebt een bachelordiploma data-analist, informaticatechnologie of je beschikt over een gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- Je hebt kennis van informaticatalen en mathematische modellering.
- Kennis van de werking van de energiefactuur is een pluspunt.
- Je beheerst de twee voornaamste landstalen uitstekend.
