Bij Solvus zetten we ons dagelijks in om mensen te ondersteunen bij het bereiken van hun professionele dromen en het maximaal benutten van hun carrièrepotentieel. Als career coach voor de regio Oost-Vlaanderen speel je een cruciale rol in het begeleiden en ondersteunen van werkzoekenden bij het vinden van de passende job.

Wat ga je doen?

Als jobcoach ben jij de sleutel tot het succes van onze cliënten. Je begeleidt, coacht en motiveert hen bij het vinden en behouden van een passende baan. Je ontwikkelt hun vaardigheden, versterkt hun zelfvertrouwen en helpt hen navigeren door de arbeidsmarkt. Samen werken jullie aan succesvolle werk
- en leertrajecten.

Jouw Verantwoordelijkheden:

- Inspireren en motiveren: Maak werkzoekenden enthousiast over het Solvus-traject.
- Diversiteit omarmen: Werk met een breed scala aan doelgroepen zoals jongeren, ouderen, anderstaligen en hoger opgeleiden.
- Ondersteuning bieden: Help cliënten bij het zoeken naar nieuwe uitdagingen en geef advies op basis van persoonlijke analyses en kennis van de arbeidsmarkt.
- Actief bijdragen: Vind vacatures en zet je netwerk in om de perfecte match te maken.
- Coaching in actie: Voer individuele gesprekken, geef workshops, begeleid sollicitatiesessies en bied nazorg bij tewerkstellingen.
- Commerciële taken: Match bedrijven met de juiste kandidaten en stuur geschikte vacatures door aan werkzoekenden.
- Administratie: Zorg voor nauwkeurige registraties in VDAB-systemen en een correcte verwerking van aan
- en afwezigheden.

Deze functie vereist flexibiliteit om over verschillende locaties binnen de regio Oost-Vlaanderen actief te zijn met Gent als hoofdlocatie en daarnaast ook Aalst, Dendermonde & Sint-Niklaas.

**Profiel**:
Wie ben jij?
- Je hebt een bachelor
- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in HR.
- Ervaring als (job)coach is een plus.
- Je bent een uitstekende communicator met sterke interpersoonlijke vaardigheden.
- Je bent een goede luisteraar met assertiviteit en overtuigingskracht.
- Probleemoplossend vermogen en zelfstandigheid zijn jouw talenten.
- Je bent Nederlandstalig; kennis van Engels en Frans is een plus.
- Je hebt een rijbewijs B.
