Trajectbegeleider/career Counsellor Oost-vlaanderen

Als bloeiende familiale onderneming - gespecialiseerd in het vinden en ontwikkelen van talent - zijn we actief op zoek naar een dynamische **Trajectbegeleider / Career Counsellor **(m/v/x) voor ruime regio Oost-Vlaanderen (Gent, Deinze, Zelzate,...). Er is ook de mogelijkheid om gedeeltelijk van thuis uit te werken.
Wij zoeken een collega die volgende taken op zich wil nemen:
- Speel je maximaal in op de **diversiteit** binnen de doelgroep, vb. a.d.h.v. een grondige intake en het afstemmen van **individuele doelstellingen** en afspraken.
- Verzorg je frequent **collectieve workshops**, i.f.v. het versterken van de sollicitatievaardigheden en arbeidsattitudes van jouw coachees.
- Begeleid en ondersteun je maximaal bij het realiseren van zijn/haar **loopbaankeuzes**; vb. wegwerken van belemmeringen, benoemen van mogelijkheden,...
- **Informeer** en **adviseer** je positief kritisch en op maat rond vb. jobkanalen, CV-tips,...
- Maak je als **rasechte teamplayer** deel uit van een ruim team, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met anderen (jobcoach, regioverantwoordelijke,...) en bijkomend op heel wat ondersteuning mag rekenen, alsook kansen krijgt tot inhoudelijke groei...
- Wij zoeken iemand die niet bang is van **een commerciële attitude**. Werkzoekenden overtuigen, contacten leggen met werkgevers maakt deel uit van jouw takenpakket.
Spreekt deze functieomschrijving je aan en heb je:
- een pro-actieve en assertieve attitude met oog voor de persoon
- zin in een leuke, afwisselende job in een hecht team waarin waarden zoals team
- en klantgedrevenheid centraal staan
- zin voor initiatief?
- de nodige maturiteit en kan je daarenboven vlot overweg met de courante PC toepassingen?
Belangrijke elementen binnen de huidige trajectbegeleiding zijn:
- Zeer strak kunnen plannen en organiseren
- Mensen wijzen op hun rechten en plichten als werkzoekenden en hieraan acties kunnen formuleren
- Intensief opvolgen van actieplannen
- Er een sterke administratie op na kunnen houden en administratie tot in de puntjes kunnen verzorgen
- Mensen stimuleren en bewegen in het kader van werk zoeken rekening houdende met randproblematieken, mensen durven confronteren
- Durven het voortouw nemen
- Kritisch en analytisch zijn
- Open staan voor zelfreflectie en ontwikkeling; flexibel zijn naar plaats van tewerkstelling en inhoud van jouw job (dit wijzigt afhankelijk van de trajecten waarin je tewerkgesteld wordt)
- Fulltime beschikbaar zijn
