En tant que Product Manager Insurance, vous aurez pour but d'assurer le développement, le positionnement et le suivi de l'offre des produits, services et outils **en matière de crédit et d'assurance **, en tenant compte du client, de la concurrence et de l'évolution marché.
**VOS RESPONSABILITES**:
- Rationalisation et digitalisation des parcours clients de bout en bout : design et mapping, identification des irritants, analyse de la performance, définition des actions d'amélioration et recommandations
- Conception de nouveaux parcours davantage digitaux et mise en place des boucles d'amélioration continue
- Guider vos choix en identifiant les forces et faiblesses des parcours clients grâce à définition et la mise en place de KPI, l'exploitation de la donnée (interne ou externe), les études de marché et le feedback des clients (NPS, plaintes clients,), du service clientèle et des commerciaux,
- Elaboration, coordination, et représentation du client dans les projets transversaux afin de pouvoir prendre les mesures nécessaires pour renforcer l'image, l'offre produit et service, la qualité de service, l'expérience client et stimuler les ventes
- Gestion de la relation avec les fournisseurs en lien avec les produits crédits et assurance (Assureurs Cardiff, call center externe )
- Entretien de votre connaissance du marché et de la concurrence en ce qui concerne les dernières évolutions dans le domaine des produits, des services et de l'expérience client
- Être le partenaire privilégié des entités opérationnelles et commerciales afin de les accompagner dans le changement tout en respectant le cadre régulatoire de notre secteur d'activité
