**Insurance Go-to-Market Manager**:
**A day in the life of the Insurance Go To Market Manager**
- **Understand bank-insurance drivers **as customer needs, value propositions, distribution channels, legal and competitive environments;
- **Monitor insurance distribution environment** as regulation and market trends and activate findings;
- **Understand and develop ‘phygital’ bank-insurance distribution strategy **leveraging both specialized retail networks (agencies and remote) and online channels;
- **Be responsible for the delivery of all steps required for the go-to-market** of insurance and **ensure better equipment of ING clients with insurances** - e.g.: campaign, communications, distribution incentives, design of new sales process, x-sell, leads, up-sell
- **Be the first entry point to the Insurance Tribe to network, marketing and digital sales stakeholders**: ZAI representatives, Retail Advices teams, RAC, Business Banking fee business team, MarCom and Digital Sales;
- **Support channels to accelerate the sales of Insurance products**: build and deploy KPI, follow-up the performance, act as the orchestrator of national campaigns; share best practices;
- **Coach and develop a team** composed of (i) 3 to 4 sales consultants supporting and animating ING network on insurance (ii) 2 to 3 experts in Marketing and Distribution for insurance products

**How to succeed**

- **Minimum 5-10 years of experience in marketing and/or distribution **(e.g. animation of a distribution network, design of a commercial plan, implementation of marketing plan, );
- **Digital native** in delivering superior seamless customer experience through multi distribution channels;
- **Great organizational skills and hands-on attitude **to be able to manage several topics/projects and deliver concrete results in a structured way;
- **Ability to both manage and steer end-to-end roadmaps** as well as to deliver concrete projects from A to Z;
- **Look ahead and show strategic mindset** to find future opportunities to be translated into concrete strategies;
- **Autonomous, driven for results, curious and entrepreneurial** mindset;
- **Excellent communication** (written & oral) **and stakeholder management skills** to work with various parties and align them towards a common goal;
- **Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French.**

**The team**
You are part of an ambitious and dynamic team focussed on revamping ING Group largest insurance franchise.
You are at the core of the design and implementation of the strategy for all insurances at ING.
You have senior leadership exposure, part of ING Belgium Insurance Management Team, you report to the Head of ING Insurance Belgium.
You are the central point between the Insurance tribe and other tribes directly involved in the successful distribution of insurance products and solution.
You coach and engage 5 to 7 distribution and marketing professionals.
