ERGO Insurance nv is looking for a customer service agent for Regulatory Operational Management Team (ROM Team/ AML/KYC).

This department is the first line of defense knowledge center on the AML and is the privileged interface of «Customer Services» for all questions related to AML. ROM Team is also in charge of operational tasks related to compliance with CRS and FATCA rules.

Mission:
Updating of KYC information of our legal entities portfolio

Function within ROM team:

- In charge of execution of control of first line linked to KYC files based on regulations and internal requirements and processes
- Verify customer identities, including identification documents, company structures, ultimate beneficial owners
- Extract relevant data from various sources and databases and perform analyses
- Create and maintain KYC record ensuring KYC file completeness
- Communicate/Escalate any atypical/non-compliant case or any difficulty when needed
- Collaborate with the team expert and communicate on the progress

The members of the ROM department are part of a team. Each member assists in its function the ROM Manager in reviewing relevant open topic with compliance and other operating departments, of processes and controls, and ensures timely, effective, correct and full regulatory implementation.

Profile:

- Communicative: you are trilingual (FR-NL-ENG) and, you communicate both orally and written allowing you to report on results in a clear and understandable manner;
- Autonomous: you take initiative and can work independently in managing your processes and procedures. You can organize and plan your day according to priorities;
- Accurate: you are accurate in your work. You enjoy working with all kinds of data and know how to analyze it;
- Cooperative: you are a team player and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others. You are looking for solutions that are acceptable to everyone. You make sure to provide possible avenues for optimization;
- You have a bachelor’s degree or diploma equivalent in experience;
- PCP certification is an asset.
