As a Go To Market Specialist, you work with a solution-oriented approach in a self-driven environment, surrounded by a great team. You are expected to contribute to the total effort of a successful launch, whether it's a product, service, or project led by the GTM or other departments. You'll also play a critical role in leading various improvement initiatives alongside knowledgeable teammates, who will support and guide you, expecting the same in return. In GTM, our collective success relies on teamwork, and you'll be expected to contribute equally to these efforts.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Developing value propositions.
- Implementing sales methods and processes.
- Creating and maintaining sales tools, ranging from documents/videos to digital resources.
- Introducing new service and product propositions, including pricing.
- Executing product marketing strategies.
- Conducting competitive analysis.

**Your profile**:

- Creative skills to generate ideas that enhance our sales organization's success.
- Proficiency in project management, leading integration efforts with clear deadlines and follow-up.
- Strong information management skills, ensuring key stakeholders are included in the flow of information and feedback sessions.
- Analytical abilities to understand competition, offers, services, and product prices.
- Fluency in Dutch and/or French, with excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage projects and engage in constructive problem-solving.
