The Value Proposition & Go-to-market team aims to support AXA’s strategy by:
- defining Value propositions
- creating convenient digital solutions & customer journeys
- defining & roll out go-to-market approaches.
And this on all lines of Business (Retail, Corporate & Public Sector, Life&Health) in order to delight our customers.
The team is in charge of digital marketing projects (customer journeys, campaigns, beyond insurance service definition, launch of digital tools) as well as all copy-writing aspects linked to the go-to-market approach.
In order to strengthen the team, we are looking for a **Senior Manager to lead the Life&Health Delivery squad.** In concrete terms, your role is to manager a team of VP & go-to-market specialists working on the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects in Life & Health.
Among your main missions, you are expected to****:
- Contribute to the implementation of the global marketing plan initiatives, based on AXA’s strategy & with focus on Life & Health products
- Roll out the strategic projects of our Life&Health project backlog, together with the colleagues of the team
- Manage, coach & support the colleagues of the team in the definition of Value propositions, customer journeys, services & the roll out of go-to-market approaches.
- Develop, implement &/or enhance digital customer journeys & services to boost sales and delight the customers by bringing added value to our insurance products
- Develop value propositions across products or customer journeys supporting customer acquisition and loyalty in close collaboration with other departments.
- Deploy upsell and cross-sell campaigns while ensuring end-to-end realization
- Contribute to AXA’s SEO ambitions by creating content with added value for the targeted customer segment
- Boost digital usage of our digital capabilities by creating marketing support, defining awareness campaigns & launch communication plans towards B2B & B2C custoemrs
- Keep an eye on the competitors & give visibility about initiatives & trends linked to the Life & Health market.
**Your Profile**
- Holder of a master’s degree or a bachelor’ degree with proven professional experiences
o You have minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing
o You have a good knowledge of Life & Health products & a clear view of the evolution of the market & the competitors
o You are fluent in French and Dutch and have a good knowledge of English
o You have strong project management skills. You know how to work in project mode (agile)
o You have experience with copywriting & UX writing
o You have a 360° vision, you communicate easily, you are collaborative and a good listener
o You are able to produce compelling presentations and translate complex insurance products into attractive customer-oriented services
o You have experience with presenting strategic plans to board members & senior managers profiles.
o You dare to decide and propose ambitious solutions without losing sight of the customer experience.
o You are looking for challenge and want to be part of a strong team, working together as one in a nice atmosphere.
