Met Beats & Beyond Banking wil Belfius de daily banking experience opnieuw uitvinden en evolueren naar een model dat inzet op een volledige en gepersonaliseerde uitgeruste klantenrelatie:

- de uitbreiding van het daily banking pakket met een telco aanbod in functie van de behoefte van de klant
- een gepersonaliseerd aanbod en voordelen op basis van de interesses en passies van de klant
- integratie van ‘beyond banking ’ services en tools om klanten te ondersteunen bij hun financieel beheerDe Marketing Manager Beats & Beyond speelt een cruciale rol in de verdere uitwerking en implementatie van de Belfius Beyond Strategie.

**De job in een notendop**

Je werkt mee aan de (verdere) uitwerking van de value propositions voor telecom en andere beyond banking services. Hierbij maak je gebruik van marktanalyses, klanteninzichten en input van diverse stakeholders (vb. Belfius kantoren,).

Je legt en onderhoudt contacten met externe partners om de value proposition in te vullen met producten en diensten vanuit diverse sectoren. Het strategisch partnership tussen Belfius en Proximus dat aan de basis ligt van het Beats telco offer is hier een mooi en belangrijk voorbeeld van.

Je staat in voor de commercialisering van de value propositions door het opmaken van een (omnichannel) Go-to-Market plan. In samenwerking met de collega’s van Sales & Communicatie zorg je voor de implementatie en opvolging van dit plan.

Je stuurt value propositions en commerciële aanpak bij op basis van resultaten, klanteninzichten en feedback van stakeholders.

Je werkt mee aan zeer diverse onderwerpen binnen verschillende business domeinen wat de functie uitdagend maakt en je de mogelijkheid geeft om je professionele ervaring snel uit te breiden.

**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**

Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. We zoeken vooral een straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset.

Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent met:

- een masterdiploma
- een eerste ervaring in een marketing
- of commerciële functie is een must
- een passie voor de klant en je houdt ervan om de verwachtingen van de klant te overstijgen
- sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en je beschikt over commerciële feeling
- proactitiviteit en je bent hands-on
- flexibiliteit en je bent bereid om (ad hoc) andere taken op te nemen in functie van de prioriteiten van het team. Bij dringende, onverwachte zaken is het immers ‘één voor allen, allen voor één’
- een goede kennis van zowel Nederlands als Frans

Je scoort extra met:

- ervaring in de samenwerking met externe partners
- ervaring in storytelling en het opmaken van professionele presentaties t.b.v. het hoger management
