**Your role & work environment**:
Within the team you will inspire people with impactful campaigns, to strengthen the brand and to make the products more appealing and ensure acquisition. We work in a team with a 360 approach and expertise. You are always able to count on the other team members, to work together on new challenges.
**Your key responsibilities**:
**Create and implement marketing and communication strategies**
- Create, develop, and execute 360 product campaigns (on and off line including TV Campaigns) to boost our product consideration and acquisition
- Collaborate in the development and implementation of the brand's content strategy, identifying insights and generating value for clients and non-clients
- Create customer centric and personalized communications
- Ensure tone of voice alignment through every channel
**Stakeholdermanagement**
- Work closely with other marketing areas (Brand, paid media ) as well as the rest of bank areas (product tribes ) to ensure all activities are implemented on time and in a consistent way
- Work with external partners (creative agencies, content agencies, production partners )

- **More than 10 years of experience in a similar role**:
- Marketing and communication global vision
- **Experience in 360 campaigns (including TV),** and passionate about the new environment: new technologies, digital trends, social networks
- Knowledge about social networks
- Analytical mindset

- Agency management
- Good listener and strong communicator
