Legrand Group Belgium is seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing and Communications Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing and executing marketing strategies to promote our Legrand brand and drive customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging across all channels and effectively communicate our value proposition to target audiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing communication plans and actions that boost our Legrand brand and showcase our products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and insights to develop targeted marketing campaigns.
- Supporting the product managers in the development of technical visual communication tools (panels, displays, booths, catalogs, gadgets...).
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and understand customer preferences.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers to ensure the timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events that generates leads and expand brand awareness.
- Directly report to the Marketing & Communications Director, contributing to the overall strategy and execution.

**Requirements**:

- You have a bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years minimum) in a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing & communication strategies.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Innovative problem-solving abilities and creative thinking.
- Structured & deadline committed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch & French, with a good level of English (communication on Group level)
- Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
