Customer Marketing Specialist Sony Benelux

Are you a skilled marketer with a passion for creating impactful campaigns that engage customers and drive results? Do you have experience in developing and executing offline & online marketing strategies for consumer electronics products in a B2C and / or B2B setting? If so, we want you to join our team as a Customer Marketing Specialist for Sony Electronics Benelux.

In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering "best in class" marketing communication for Sony Electronics in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. From planning and executing product launches to creating engaging content and optimizing digital media strategies, you'll be an integral part of our team, helping to analyze the market and target each product audience, both B2C and B2B.
- What are my key responsibilities?_- You will plan and execute offline and online communications product launches for all Sony Electronics product group category’s part of the Personal Entertainment category (speakers, headphones..) along with additional adhoc for other categories.- You are responsible for the planning, creation, localization, and rollout of marketing POS materials for our retailers.- You will work closely with our sales, channel, and marketing teams to support the execution of the campaigns.- You create high-quality visuals and multimedia content that showcases the features and benefits of Sony's products and solutions.- You will optimize our review management system, to ensure consumer generated reviews and engine visibility online.- You increase Sony’s brand and product visibility for consumers by planning and implementation of digital advertising campaigns (B2C/B2B)- You coordinate our external agencies independently and monitor the productions across different countries and channels.- You coordinate and manage the workflows with our European teams and are responsible for managing the marketing & advertising budget, including forecasting and PO creation. Generating a smooth flow from project pitching to budget allowance and adequate expenditures based on approved proposals.- You define key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns and initiatives and use data analytics tools to track, measure, and report.- You support the event & warehouse specialist with events and the warehousing and logistics of your marketing materials.
- What do I need?_- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in communication, commerce, marketing, business administration or similar.- Ideally, you have 1-3 years of professional experience in the (consumer electronics) retail market and/or in an equivalent position.- You are enthusiastic about consumer electronics.- You are a talented marketer with a creative vision and the technical skills necessary to produce marketing materials.-
- You are familiar with graphic design tools like Photoshop or Canva.- Your communication, multitasking and time management skills are outstanding.- Your proactive approach to a varied workload means you'll be involved in a lot of projects.- Your friendly style will help build a good network with internal and external stakeholders.- Your English is excellent in speaking and writing. On top, you have a good level of French and an understanding of Dutch.
