Vous souhaitez contribuer à l'élaboration et à l'amélioration des produits réglementaires et didactiques destinés aux fonctions opérationnelles de LINEAS ? Nous recherchons un agent de soutien à la réglementation motivé pour rejoindre notre équipe.

**Vos tâches**:

- Vous serez responsable de la gestion administrative des documents et certificats pour le personnel de sécurité de LINEAS et les tiers sous notre certificat de sécurité. Pour ce faire, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le département Réglementation et les législateurs afin de suivre l'évolution de la législation ferroviaire nationale et internationale. La mission de l'équipe Réglementation est de veiller à ce que les différentes normes internationales, européennes, nationales et d'entreprise applicables à nos "fonctions de sécurité" soient correctement décrites, intégrées, connues et appliquées.
- Vos principales activités consistent à préparer et à archiver les attestations et les certificats, à organiser l'archivage conformément aux exigences légales et à soutenir les diverses tâches administratives liées aux documents juridiques et aux certificats requis. A cette fin, vous garantissez la traçabilité des flux de données entrants et sortants dans un système informatique
- Vous contrôlez les processus globaux de gestion de la documentation dans les entités opérationnelles.
- En tant que spécialiste, vous êtes le point de contact interne et externe pour toutes les questions relatives aux documents et aux certificats.
- Vous êtes également responsable de la mise à jour de la documentation et de sa transmission dans les délais impartis, conformément à la réglementation.

**Votre profil**:
Les compétences techniques requises sont une expertise en gestion administrative, une connaissance de base du secteur ferroviaire européen (gestion des licences européennes de conducteurs de train via l'outil NSA) et une maîtrise de MS Office, IRON, Skillplan et Litmos.

Vous parlez couramment le néerlandais et le français. Vous avez une connaissance pratique de l'anglais.

Vous bénéficiez de généreux droits à congé, dont 23 jours de congé avec un jour supplémentaire après 1 an de service, 9 jours ADV et 1 jour de congé d'ancienneté par tranche de 5 ans de travail. Nous proposons des horaires de travail flexibles et des possibilités de télétravail pour assurer un bon équilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie privée, ce qui vous permet de travailler à domicile jusqu'à deux jours par semaine.
