**THE SCOPE**

As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a **Compliance Officer 777** to join its **Compliance team**.
As Compliance Officer 777 you will be in the 777 organization and report functionally to the brand general Director and work in collaboration with 777 County Managers. You also will be in charge to ensure that regulations are respected from technical and operational points of view, for our Belgium and Dutch 777 brand operations (platform, games, licenses).
**YOUR ROLE**
- ** Be responsible** for the overall compliance of our platform and games within the various countries we operate in.
- ** Be the process expert** and the SPOC for the laboratories, partners, our legal service, and technical teams concerning compliance.
- ** Be the owner** of compliance processes including Audit, Certification, License renewal, Change Management
- ** Monitor** all compliance related risk and be force of proposition for mitigation measures.
- ** Read and understand** constraints and needs of local laws linked to our operations (regulatory monitoring)
- ** Analyze** legal requirements in order to translate into business tasks (project management, change management)
- ** Ensure** that all internal stakeholders are following Change Management procedures, as per regulatory obligations.
- ** Be the point of initiation and coordination** for regulatory audits and the point of contact for Authorities.
- Within the compliance department, **be the point of reference** for all matters related to Anti-Money Laundering, Responsible gaming and Fraud Prevention matters related to Responsible gaming,
- ** Be the liaising officer** between Gaming1 organization and technology provider for all matters related to compliance
**YOUR PROFILE**
- You have a **Bachelor’s degree in Law** and at least **5 years’ experience** in an equivalent experience working within compliance or as a project manager.
- You ideally have **prior experience in the field of law** and regulation interpretation and implementation.
- You are **flexible and ready to travel** (Liège, London, etc).
- You have very good knowledge of **English and Dutch**:
- You are an excellent **communicator**.
- You are** project-oriented**:
- You are **thorough**, able to **respect deadlines** and can work **independently**
