In this role you will be responsible for leading the end to end Supply Chain for the CHI EMEA business across S&OP, Production Planning & Control (PPC), warehousing, stores and logistics management, Import/Export activities. You will also will lead the Supply chain team in this region.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Understanding market dynamics and Voice of Customer; aligning market needs with operational capabilities
- Managing multiple internal budgets (warehousing, logistics, RM/FG inventory, etc.) and supporting company’s profitability goals through meeting and exceeding budget expectations
- Building flexibility in end to end Supply Chain to provide the customer a better buying experience
- Managing inventory through demand planning, monitoring the stocking policy, delivery commitment, trend analysis, ageing analysis and through periodical meeting with different stake holders.
- Identification of potential risks in the supply side from the perspective of capacity and bottlenecks and take appropriate actions to mitigate the risks.
- Reviewing of & adhering to organization policies, processes, procedures and make appropriate revisions for improvement.
- Resolving conflicts and deciding prioritization
- Annual budgeting and ensure its adherence.
- Periodical audit of systems and procedures
- Adhere to all organizational policies related to Quality, EHS, Code of Conduct, HR, etc.
- Drive system implementations in the region (e.g. SAP IBP, OMP)
**Key requirements**:
- Masters in the field of Supply chain / Logistics/ Material Management or related area
- 15 Years in Supply Chain in handling demand planning, Logistics, Warehousing and Production, Planning & Control, inventory management
- English fluent, French or Dutch is an advantage
- APICS certification
- IBP/OMP knowledge and implementation experience is a solid advantage
