As a Junior in Capital Markets in Real Estate Investments, you will actively participate and contribute to the development of BelSquare in close collaboration with our Capital Markets team.

You will help manage and ensure the development of a client portfolio. You will help with the prospection of new mandates. You will help assure the successful achievement of sales missions and work together with your team on daily activities.

Your responsibilities will include working closely with your team and both BelSquare partners, maintain contact with investors and developers, analyze market data and research reports and prepare market surveys, presentations and investment memoranda.

Our requirements:

- Team player mentality
- Be able to take day to day responsibility for execution of instructions under supervision
- You are passionate about real estate
- You have a higher education diploma in commercial science, finances,..
- Confidence in prioritization and working to deadlines
- Able to think ‘outside the box’
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in French, Dutch and English
- You wish to evolve within a young and dynamic team
- You have an entrepreneurial attitude
