Would you like to join our team? We are looking for a **Head of Marketing.**
**Function**:
As Head of Marketing you’ll lead the development, implementation, evaluation and optimization of the AMS:
- (Brand) Marketing strategy - plans - campaigns
- Brand positioning and Visual Identity
- Marketing Team & Functional Marketing Capability
You will closely collaborate with the AMS Managing Director, leadership (= leadershipteam), business and with the other members of the marketing team. You’ll be reporting to the Managing Director.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Lead the development of the Overall (Brand) Marketing Communication Strategy and Visual Identity (including tone-of-Voice), rooted in internal/external information and insights, enabled through comprehensive business analysis and in alignment with the AMS Purpose Driven vision & mission.
- Lead, in close collaboration with business leaders & marketing colleagues, the development of multi-channel 360° (brand) marketing communication plans designed to generate awareness, acquire, and retain customers to grow the AMS brand and customer base locally and internationally.
- Consistently analyze internal and external business performance, data, insights, information, and trends to drive enhanced marketing (comms) strategies and drive organizational (marketing) recommendations designed to accelerate our the AMS purpose driven mission & vision.
- Lead the process to position AMS in the marketplace as a leader in developing and delivering educational solutions that enable our key customers to impact the world. Key differentiators: self-awareness, international character, personal(ized) & practical approach.
- Lead all brand development and communications efforts in partnership with business lines. Assure messaging is tailored to specific audiences, internal and external, to achieve business objectives.
- Drive the strategic digitalization of AMS Marketing function through online assets and platforms and developing specific digital capabilities to support commercial activities of the business.
- Lead the definition and development of future strategic direction for the Marketing Organization of AMS.
- Establish functional priorities and goals, develop Marketing capabilities, and model how the business line teams work together harmoniously.
- Drive functional marketing excellence and discipline across the business lines through development and implementation of more consistent processes, frameworks, and best-in-class practices.
- Develop and influence the People/Talent Management Plan for the Marketing team across the business lines, inclusive of allocation of resources and deployment of human capital in alignment with business strategy/needs.
- Proactively and visibly support the Health and Safety standards, rules and regulations of the organization.
- As a key member of the Management Team and as an ambassador of the company, you will operate within defined “core values” and openly support these operating principles.
- Oversee and consolidate the full AMS Marketing Communications budget (across business lines)
**Profile**:
- You obtained a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or similar fields
- You have 10+ years relevant marketing experience
- You have experience in (digital) marketing, brand and communication strategy and leading & developing a team (of min. 5 team members)
- Over the years you have built up knowledge about market insights and market data
- You are familiar with B2C and B2B marketing - knowledge of Educational Sector is a plus
- You are customer centric and have a strong team spirit
- You easily manage diverse stakeholders thanks to your interpersonal skills
- You have strong communication skills (writing & speaking) and are fluent in English and Dutch (speaking, writing, reading).
- You possess advanced knowledge of business software including MS Office, Hubspot, PowerBI
