**Position Summary
Are you passionate about delivering a unique customer experience in combination with operational excellence? Are you triggered to play a crucial role in the acquisition of new Nespresso customers? By joining our team, you become responsible for the workforce planning for the Trade & Retail channels. You manage the external demo suppliers and assist in operational Trade support such as ensuring the smooth running of the trade acquisition platform and providing the necessary essentials towards demo agents. You work on a daily basis closely together with the Trade and the Boutiques teams.
**A day in the life of a Workforce planner and Trade support specialist
- Perform timely consolidated workforce planning for Trade and Boutiques, while taking into account planned events, historical data, seasonality & business variables
- Provide ad-hoc solutions for daily issues as Super user in Kronos.
- Ensure appropriate training on system/process knowledge in the boutique network to allow an optimal performance
- Effectively manage the demo agencies, set targets and monitor the KPI's on weekly basis vs targets/ challenge the results and follow-up on action plans with demo agencies
- Coordinate communication between pool of Coffee Advisors and Nespresso
- Manage budget related to demo investments
- Support logistics related to trade activations
- Build, develop and analyse service reports for Customer Voice and Mystery visit
- Manage and keep updated all trade related systems (NDT, TMA, OPR, TAP...) in line with Nessoft developments: set-up, testing and coordination of new developments with supplier.
- Ensure that the Nespresso external staff (demo personnel, sales associates of trade partners & retail staff) are trained and have all tools to sell the Nespresso concept according to guidelines.
- Organize and implement the train-the-trainer and training sessions
**What will make you successful
- You hold a bachelor degree or higher
- Experience in workforce planning management within a fast-paced retail business environment
- Experience in management third party suppliers is a plus
- Comfortable with systems
- Analytical
- Solution-oriented with good communication skills
