Change Office Lead

The Change Office Lead is an experienced project manager,responsible for overseeing and driving the successful implementation of change initiatives within the organization. It involves managing change projects, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that changes are effectively communicated and integrated into the organization's processes and bring the planned benefits. The Change Office Lead will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.Special attention to be given in maintaining high levels of employee engagement in times of ongoing change and in supporting employee well-being and mental health.
The role is pivotal in steering the organization through current and future transformations, not only in the context of ongoing ITMP roll out and other projects. As businesses evolve and the external environment shifts, several future challenges are to be handled; integrating new digital tools and platforms seamlessly to adapt existing/traditional workflows - implementing agile methodologies to enhance responsiveness and to balance short-term needs with long-term goals and leveraging data analytics to adjust change strategies.
**Main tasks**
'Change Management Strategy:
Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. Identify potential risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns.
Project Management:
Lead and manage change projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget. Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to integrate change management activities into project plans.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Identify and engage key stakeholders to ensure their support and involvement in change initiatives. Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any issues or concerns.
Communication and Training:
Develop and execute communication plans to ensure that all employees are informed about upcoming changes and understand their impact.Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to adapt to changes.
Performance Measurement:
Define and measure success metrics to monitor the effectiveness of change initiatives.Collect and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous enhancement of change management practices.
Leadership and Coaching:
Provide leadership and coaching to team members and other employees to build change management capabilities within the organization.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.
**Skills / Experience Required**
Project Management Skills:Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Stakeholder Management:Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.Ability to influence and build consensus among diverse groups of stakeholders.
Communication Skills:Very strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to develop clear and compelling change stories and materials.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:Strong analytical skills to assess the impact of changes and measure success.Ability to identify and address issues and risks proactively.
Very good knowledge of AZ Trade organization, products and DOM processes or able to acquire quickly the necessary knowledge.
Proficient in English with any other language as a plus.
