We seek a highly motivated and skilled Chatbot Conversation Specialist to join our team. You will work closely with client teams to implement best practices.

**Context**:
As a Chatbot Conversation Specialist, you will be part of the Conversation Design Chapter, working in the Digital Assistant Squad (a multi-disciplinary and agile team responsible for delivering and implementing the chatbot and voice assistant).

**Responsibilities**:

- You maintain and design the NLP models of the chatbot and the voice assistant
- You train NLP models and do exhaustive debugging
- You constantly look for optimizations to increase the accuracy of the bots
- You bring NLP/NLU knowledge to the team to successfully shape bot conversations
- You give your input to improve the logic of existing and upcoming flows

**Skills**:

- Experience on AI projects, ideally on NLP/NLU of digital assistants
- Ability to work under pressure
- Dialogflow CX and Vertex AI
- Python and JSON
- LLM integrations
- Strong affinity with digital customers' needs
- Customer-oriented

**Languages**:

- Good writing skills in at least 2 of the following languages: Dutch/French/English
