HR Business Partner
As an HR Business Partner, you will act as the primary point of contact for employees and people managers within assigned departments and business units, handling a broad range of HR-related topics. You will work closely with a dynamic HR team, including specialists in recruitment, learning & development, knowledge management, and compensation & benefits, to develop high-quality partnerships and maintain effective HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs
Provide advice on organizational structure, job evaluation, remuneration, annual conversations, coaching, training, internal career opportunities, and handling malfunctioning or dismissal cases
Support change processes and develop professional relationships with employees, offering guidance on career planning, training needs, evaluation processes, and conflict management
Administer company assessments and ensure HR processes and tools are utilized by management
Implement and follow up on HR policies, adapt processes to align with organizational vision, and oversee the reception and integration of new employees
Participate in organizational projects impacting employees and structure, such as leadership and agile team initiatives
Provide administrative support in contracting, annual interviews, and internal mobility
Ensure effective communication flow between management and employees
Report to the HR manager, stay updated on organizational structure, personnel policies, and employment laws, and liaise with external employment agencies and industry associations
Technical Requirements:
8 to 10 years of experience in HR roles
Strong knowledge of social legislation, project management, and planning
Proficiency in MS Office; experience in the Health Insurance/Funds sector or IT profiles is a plus
Non-Technical Requirements:
Client-focused with excellent communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks with limited supervision
Motivated self-starter with a team spirit
Effective negotiation skills and strong customer focus
Strong knowledge of local employment law
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree or equivalent experience
Proficiency in French and Dutch is required; English is an advantage
This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can effectively support both employees and management while driving HR initiatives and projects within the organization.
