You’re the bridge between HR and business. You’re their first point of contact for all HR related topics in our warehouse and office.
- You build, implement and carry out the HR policy of Veepee Benelux & Veepee Group
- You work with the business leadership team to identify and implement appropriate organisational initiatives to achieve business objectives
- You support and advise our line managers and coach them in their leadership
- You take ownership over different HR projects and processes (both soft and hard HR)
- You create an engaging environment and will be an ambassador of our people-oriented culture
- You act like a sparring partner for the HR Director & the HR team including the Talent&Development, Payroll, HRIS and the Talent acquisition team
- You follow new trends and developments within the HR field and contribute to an innovative HR policy
- You have built up a successful track-record in a previous HRBP-role in a challenging production or warehouse environment
- You are a great listener, have a positive attitude by nature and work easily within a team
- You have a can-do mentality and like to take initiatives.
- You love to work in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.
- You dare to challenge the status-quo and are able to turn issues into challenges
- You are a strong communicator with a solid knowledge of Dutch, French and English
- You focus on delivering business outcomes through making best use of the whole HR function and acting as a strong role-model for the rest of the team.
- You are analytical and a solution-oriented thinker.
