**Job Description**:
**What we are looking for**
- You are responsible for the entire recruiting lifecycle within Immoweb.
- You work in close collaboration with your HR colleagues & Hiring Managers within the AVIV Group.
- You take initiatives to strengthen the presence of Immoweb and AVIV Group on social media and actively use Linkedin or another media by regularly sharing job opportunities, success stories or content related articles in close collaboration with the business.
- You are the point of contact for all the applicants and our external recruitment partners.
- You are responsible for reporting on our recruitment KPIs and for monitoring them.
**Qualifications**:
**Who we are looking for**
- An individual who is experienced with high volume recruitment for at least 3 years of experience across Product & Tech, Commercial, Finance & Legal, Growth & Analytics, HR and Sales.
- Can manage and build a team of resources to help keeping a healthy pipeline of talent.
- A person who is able to work as part of a team and who is a strong negotiator.
- Fluency in English, French and Dutch, verbal and written.
