**Description**:
As a a high-level **Executive Assistant to the CEO** you’ll play a critical role in providing comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the Chief Executive Officer.
- Managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating meetings and events, handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Preparing reports and presentations, conducting research, and serving as a key point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- The role often involves anticipating the CEO's needs, ensuring efficient communication, and contributing to the overall smooth functioning of the executive's office.

**Profile**

Your background includes:

- Fluency in English and French.
- At least 8 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for people and are a great team player.
- Pro-active and act pragmatic thinking.
