**Je rol & werkomgeving**:
Binnen het Business Banking segment rapporteert de SME Banker aan de SME Manager. In zijn rol streeft de SME Banker naar het ontwikkelen van commerciële relaties en het verhogen van de winstgevendheid van zijn klantenportefeuille bestaande uit kleine en middelgrote ondernemingen. Daarnaast zorgt de SME Banker ook voor acquisitie van nieuwe klanten en een proactieve risicobeheersing van zijn portefeuille.
De SME Banker zorgt ervoor dat het distributiemodel _Digital First, Remote waar mogelijk en Face to Face indien nodig_ wordt ondersteund.
De SME Banker is actief in een Business Hub die bestaat uit een multidisciplinair team dat o.a. kredietexperten, verzekeringsspecialisten en Business Service Experten omvat.
**Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden**:
**Ontwikkeling van commerciële relaties en de winstgevendheid van een portfolio van klanten en prospecten uit het Guided segment**
- Je beheert en ontwikkelt zakelijke relaties binnen je portefeuille en breidt deze basis uit door proactief op prospectie te gaan bij niet-klanten, terwijl je zorgt voor klanttevredenheid op korte en lange termijn binnen je bestaande portefeuille.
- Je adviseert de klant en verhoogt de algehele winstgevendheid van je portefeuille (Krediet/Leasing, verzekeringen, betalingsoplossingen, FX, globaal X-Buying, enz.) in nauwe samenwerking met het Business Service Expert Team (BSET) en met een intern netwerk van specialisten.
- Je beheerst alle bancaire producten bestemd voor bedrijven en creëert synergiën met de andere segmenten (Retail, Personal en Private Banking).
- Je ontwikkelt en presenteert complexere kredietdossiers en neemt binnen de grenzen van de verleende mandaten beslissingen.
- Als goede onderhandelaar verdedig je de belangen van ING, rekening houdend met de gevolgen voor de klant en zorg je voor een goede risico-rendementsverhouding ten voordele van alle betrokken partijen.
- Je zorgt voor de toepassing van de verschillende interne risicobeleidslijnen voornamelijk op het vlak van KYC en kredieten.***
**Ambassadeur van het segment Business Banking**
- Je vertegenwoordigt ING op netwerkevenementen georganiseerd voor of door klanten/prospecten om een bevoorrecht professioneel contact te creëren en te behouden.
- Je ontwikkelt een lokaal netwerk van business promotoren om nieuwe klanten aan te werven, partnerships aan te gaan en de zichtbaarheid van ING te verzekeren.
- Je integreert nieuwe media in je commerciële aanpak (LinkedIn, etc.).
