Pour notre département financier, nous sommes à la recherche de Finance InternalController BeNeLux (h/f/x)
La fonction de Internal Control s’intègre dans le département financier d’AlphaCredit et couvre le périmètre géographique BeNeLux. En Belgique, le département financier se compose de 23 personnes réparties entre la comptabilité, le contrôle de gestion, le Business Intelligence et l’ALM. Aux Pays-Bas, l’équipe est constituée de 10 personnes.
La mission du Internal Controller est d’assurer la conformité de la Finance aux normes définies par BNP Paribas et les régulateurs ainsi que l’accompagnement des audits financiers internes et externes. Cette fonction rapporte directement au CFO.
**Votre fonction**:
- Monitoring des normes comptables et financières définies par BNPP Group et les régulateurs
- Coordination et gestion de l’ensemble des demandes du groupe BNP Paribas concernant les aspects de compliance pour le département financier.
- Mise en place des plans de contrôles et développement de contrôles spécifiques adaptés aux activités d’AlphaCredit. Exécution des contrôles de deuxième ligne (LOD2)
- Single point of contact pour les audits financiers internes et externes. Coordination et support dans l’implémentation des recommandations émises
- Analyse des processus actuels afin de détecter d’éventuels manquements et établissement de recommandations afin d’améliorer la conformité.
- Représentation du département financier dans les comités touchant au contrôle permanent (Legal & Compliance Committee, Intenal Control Committee, )
- Vous rapporterez hiérarchiquement au CFO d’AlphaCredit et fonctionnellement au CFO de BNPP Paribas Personal Finance NL
**Votre profil**:
- Vous possédez un Master à orientation Sciences Economiques ou équivalent et disposez d’une première expérience de 3-5 ans dans une fonction de compliance au sein d’un département financier ou en tant qu’auditeur dans une société d’audit financier.
- Vous avez un esprit critique et de synthèse développé.
- Vous aimez travailler de manière autonome dans la planification et l’exécution de votre fonction.
- Vous parlez anglais et la connaissance du néerlandais et / ou français est un plus.
- Vous êtes mobile géographiquement (1-2 jours par mois à Rotterdam - si les conditions sanitaires le permettent)
