**De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn**:

- Je zorgt ervoor dat **reefercontainers** op tijd worden aan
- en afgekoppeld door de operationele werkzaamheden op de kaai op te volgen en waar nodig bij te sturen.
- Je voert **interventies** uit bij **technische mankementen**.
- Je communiceert met de hiërarchische lijn tijdens de shift.
- Je laat de lege reefercontainers **checken en reinigen** voordat deze door de klant terug in gebruik worden genomen.
- Je houdt **nauwlettend toezicht** op de **uitvoering** van de werkzaamheden.
- Je informeert de dienst **Planning** over de **stand van zaken**.
- Je **beheert het magazijn en de voorraad** van de reeferonderdelen.
- Als leidinggevende pas je het **veiligheidsbeleid** correct toe, maak je **risicoanalyses** op, organiseer je **toolboxen** en **optimaliseer** je processen en systemen.
- Je biedt een snelle, accurate en efficiënte service aan de verschillende klanten, maar verliest hierbij de **veiligheidsregels** niet uit het oog.

**De vereiste kwalificaties zijn**:

- Je behaalde een bachelordiploma **elektromechanica/elektrotechnieken** of je kan een **aantal jaren ervaring** voorleggen in een soortgelijke functie
- Kennis van **elektriciteit en koeltechnieken** is noodzakelijk, kennis van HVAC is een voordeel.
- Je bent **resultaatgericht**, **flexibel**, **stressbestendig** en kan **probleemoplossend werken**:

- Je ben een **enthousiasmerende coach** voor je team en beschikt over een **hands-on** mentaliteit
- Je draagt **veiligheid en kwaliteit** hoog in het vaandel
