This person will join our dynamic and established company, occupying a primary role within key Strategic Projects where s/he has final responsibility for data analysis as well as a leading role for both internal and external communication.
**Job Requirements**:
- Master’s degree or equivalent working experience
- 5-7 years of relevant working experience (Data analysis, Market Research, Business Management)
- Perfect command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Ability to communicate in a professional way with clients and other stakeholders
- Excellent analytical and communication skills as well as a great attention to detail
- Willingness to take decisions, to deliver outstanding quality work and to continuously push yourself and your peers to improve
- Result-oriented and capacity to work autonomously
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power Point
- Interested or experienced in the healthcare industry
**Job Tasks**:
- Taking the lead particularly on larger or new types of projects /analyses for MindGap (and helping to establish internal playbooks - which can be followed at a later stage by colleagues)
- Create research reports in PowerPoint and write and develop summaries and business recommendations
- Supporting initial review of reports and project materials, and providing structured feedback accordingly
- Providing guidance and acting as a point of reference to other Project Leads (i.e. recommending analytical approach, optimizing question design);
- Give hands-on training as well as supporting development implementation of SOPs within the analyst team aimed at quality and efficiency improvements
