*** What you’ll be doing...**
- Being responsible for the End User Support Techs located in Northern Europe.
- Ensuring the Verizon internal staff receive a high level of service related to the resolution of IT issues.
- Taking full ownership of projects related to the EMEA, APAC & LatAm client environment and ensure they are completed to schedule and on budget.
- Being responsible for maintaining teams SLA scores as agreed with stakeholders.
*** What we’re looking for...**
You'll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
- Experience in leading global customer facing IT Support teams.
- Experience in developing and leading a large team across more than one country.
- Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- Good vendor management skills.
- Ability to manage large, complex projects and initiatives affecting multiple countries.
- Knowledge of emotional intelligence and ability to deal with difficult situations.
- Ability to manage with accountability and authority.
- Ability to find and implement improvements to working practices.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously or lead a busy team.
