**MAIN PURPOSE**
The role of the After Sales Coordinator is to guarantee customer satisfaction by ensuring a timely and correct delivery / processing of the finished goods, software and consumables towards our customers.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Coordinate and process customer orders for equipment, software and consumables
- Finalise signed customer orders from CRM, including problem solving
- Manage and maintain customer information through Know Your Customer process
- Sales Order Acknowledgement and pre-sales order invoicing
- Manage logistics flow from central warehouse towards final customer
- Organise with Service team: Site Survey, Prepare for Installation and final installation by our logistic partner
- Coordinate and process back-orders and open order reports
- Ensure (qualitative and quantitative) communication between sales, solutions and service teams
- Process sales order invoicing for equipment, software and consumables
- Manage signed contracts for loan equipment and related branch plant inventory mutations
- Establish weekly and monthly order intake and update reports
- Inventory management at logistic partners including stock take
- To be supportive and backup for demand planning and Procurement
- To be supportive and backup for large roll out installation management
**REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor in business management
- 2 years proven experience in a similar role in Sales Support
- Highly proficient in spoken and written French, Dutch and English.
- Sales oriented and commercial skills
- Proven experience using ERP systems. Knowledge of Oracle ERP is an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Process orientated
