LetMeRepair is, met in totaal 22 vestigingen en een personeelsbestand van bijna 1000 FTE, één van de grootste zelfstandige 100% servicedienstverleners binnen Europa. Wij zijn een BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) bedrijf dat zich richt op het ondersteunen van de complete "presales" en "after sales cyclus" voor IT, kantoorautomatisering, consumentenelektronica en telecommunicatie, robotica en elektromobiliteitsindustrieën. Waar komt je terecht?

Planning en Coördination Center (CC) zijn 2 helften van één geheel. Onze planningsafdeling staat dagdagelijks in het voor plannen van de routes van onze Onsite Technicians alsook onze dag
- en nachtchauffeurs. CC is elke dag opnieuw het eerst aanspreekpunt van onze organisatie. Zij behandelen alle vragen van particulieren, klanten en dealers over hun dossier. Dit zowel telefonisch als via mail.

Wat houdt deze functie in?

People Management:

- Het aansturen, coachen, opvolgen en bijsturen van het team CC en planning;
- De dagdagelijkse planning van de activiteiten;
- Verlofplanning maken en waken over voldoende bezetting;
- Functioneringsgesprekken voeren;
- Mee helpen ontwikkelen van het team.

Kwaliteitsverbeteringen:

- Actief in kaart brengen van procesverbeteringen;
- Nieuwe initiatieven aanbrengen ter verbetering van de dagdagelijkse flow;
- Zorgen voor kwalitatieve dienstverlening richting de klant.

Daarnaast zal je indien nodig zelf bijspringen en actief meewerken in het team en de nodige rapportages doen naar je leidinggevende.
- **Jouw profiel**_
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Frans.
- (+) Kennis van het Engels.
- Je ben communicatief vaardig.
- Je hebt uitstekende computervaardigheden. We werken met een op maat geschreven ERP & softwarepakket.
- Je hebt min. 3 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende functie.
- (+) Ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
