The Fleet Account Manager’s objective is to implement and develop the company’s fleet sales strategy, and to manage the fleet customer relationship on an ongoing basis. The scope lies on passenger cars, especially towards electrified products and their fiscal benefits.

**Positioning**

Reporting to the Fleet Manager of Kia Motors Belux, the Fleet Account Manager is responsible for the development of fleet sales to major customers (Key Accounts), identified ast TOP 300 customers BeLux, both privatly owned as public.

**Responsibilities**
- To deliver sales profit targets in line with annual budgets and company policy.
- Actively prospecting for new customers: search, identify and contract new accounts.
- To develop and strenghten existing customer relations : continuous improvement in the long term partnership with the accounts by identifying opportunities, developping commercial proposals.
- Responsible for managing customer negotiations in relation to the commercial fleet strategy and within the agreed budget.
- Implement tools with the aim to create lead history and performance monitoring
- Seeking for internal sign-off, clearance of the commercial proposal and contract with the staff functions of KBE.
- The FAM is the key point of contact for the client, in cases of escalation, or where the client requires additional information.

**Profile**
- Excellent automotive industry knowledge
- Strong commercial skills
- Knowledge of key fleet sales segments
- Sales and result driven
- Assertive, persistent, communicative, convincing, solid presenting skills
- Fluent in languages: French, Dutch and English
- 3 years experience in automotive sales business
- Bachelor degree
- Knowledge of Windows Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently
