Dealer & Fleet Sales Developper

The Business Coach Manager will be responsible to coach, train and support the Kia Dealers to develop performance through effective promotion of their fleet activities; to create Fleet Action plans, to agree on actions to be delivered by the dealers; to effectively communicate the manufacturer’s sales, marketing and aftersales Fleet strategy to the Kia dealer network, to ensure the alignment to overall strategy.
Represent the brand in front of all existing and potential customers, being responsible to create and maintain contacts with KIA BeLux business customers and prospects with a fleet of +30.
Reporting to the Fleet Remarketing Manager Manager, Business Coach manager will work 70% of the time on the road.
**Responsibilities**
Represent Kia in the Belgian and Luxemburg Fleet market
- Client visits
- Present at events of KME/KMBl, dealers, fleet influencers
- Network events
- Maximize return on partnerships (ex. Unizo)
Generate new business relations and clients by prospection:
- Own client database
- Database offered by KMBL (Fleet Profile)
- Networking
- Lead generation
- Dealer network
Create visibility and increased brand awareness to Kia and it’s model range as a valuable fleet partner
Manage existing accounts
Respond to public tenders together with Fleet Manager
Monthly reporting lead follow up
Include dealer network in the expansion of fleet sales
- Share leads
- Support and coach Kia Dealers and their Fleet sales forces in their local prospection and networking activities
- Develop cooperation with dealers, mainly Business Certified Dealers and dealers with Fleet Action Plan

**Profile**
Hunter. Strong organisational, commercial and administrative skills
Sales and result driven
Assertive, proactive, stress resistant, communicative skills
3 years experience in automotive sales and fleet business, preferable in an NSC
Bachelor degree
Knowledge of Windows Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Fluent in languages: French, Dutch and English
Working autonomously.
