**JOUW UITDAGING**:
As Retail Sales Manager you are a key member of the Commercial team. You create and implement the strategy of the company for strengthening and expanding the partner network. These partners can be both major companies (retail, e-commerce) as well as small(er) retailers.

You develop an inspiring vision for these partners, thereby highlighting our client’s offering. You also lead the negotiations with key partners in collaboration with your (Key) Account Managers, whilst also setting out the framework and KPI's for your team of Account Managers, that focus on the smaller retailers.

**WAAROM WIJ JOU WILLEN**:
Because you have an academic bachelor degree or equivalent through experience and have a background in sales towards major retail clients.

If you have worked in the services industry that's an asset. You have a very good knowledge of Dutch, French and English.

Last but not least, you describe yourself as people manager, strong communicator, analytical, autonomous, goal-driven, well-organised, flexible and a true team player
