**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Define and establish the commercial strategy of GUERLAIN on the Belux market.

With the Brand Manager Belux, the Sales Manager will decide, negotiate and manage all the commercial relations with all retailers.

Your goal will be to achieve the sales objectives and to increase the market share of Guerlain in the Belux market.

The Sales Manager is also responsible for the entire Sales team (sales representatives, account managers, sales & retail coordinator).

**MAIN MISSIONS**

**Sales Management**:

- Establish the commercial strategy at all retailers on the Belux market to achieve the sales targets
- Negotiation and follow-up the commercial conditions with all retailers (preparation, action plan) in collaboration with your team and the Brand Manager
- Negotiation of the Coop plan with the Brand Manager and the Head of Marketing to increase the visibility and the market share of Guerlain
- Perfect monitoring of the turnover: sell-in - sell-out - stock (forecast, landing, etc)
- Lead the entire sales team: management, good communication and motivation
- Development of the sales budget and its annual revision: define SISO targets (ITO By Retailer/Channel & Sell Out by Retailer)
- In charge of monthly reports: Outlook, sell-out reports, returns reports, sellout objectives by retailers
- Ensure the sales interface with Guerlain HQ and follow-up the ww guidelines

**Retail Management**:

- Manage and follow-up the sales representative’s team to reach sales KPI’s & sales targets (Retail productivity, number of visits, Top Doors cover increase)
- Analyze the retail productivity, the number of visits by sales representative, by retailer and by month to increase the store productivity (Top Doors cover increase)
- Ensure that all Travel Beauty Consultant follow the Guerlain art of selling and express Guerlain Brand values to customers
- Follow-up and optimization of the Temp BC’s budget,
- Very strong and good communication and collaboration skills within the field team and with other departments
- Implement the right sales, training, motivation, and animation tools to perform on the chain’s stores representing more than 80% of the Belux Sell Out
- Enhance GUERLAIN Brand Image through visual, merchandising, BC grooming and POS activities.

**Profile**:
**PROFILE**
- **Master’s degree with a minimum of 8/10 years’ experience in a similar function in Retail or FMCG**:

- Additional experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing will be an asset
- Result oriented, entrepreneurial and organized
- Excellent communication skills with a good team spirit
- Commercial mindset and strong ability in establishing fruitful long-term relationships with retailers
- Strategic thinking, and ability to think out of the box
- **Expertise of Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc)**:

- **Fluent in French, Dutch and English**
