**Entreprise**: Pre-opening of a beautiful project scheduled for the first half of 2024. Full-service hotel with good location, several F&B outlets and large MICE department. There will be a lot of facilities, allowing the hotel to target different segments within the market. To form the management team, we are looking for an experienced Revenue Manager.
**Mission**: In this role, you will be one of the first members of the pre-opening team. You will help determine the strategic pricing policy for the future.
Your tasks are specified as follows:
- price optimization of the different room types with the goal of maximizing revenue
- overseeing all revenue activities: requests, activities, forecasting,...
- analysis of the market and competition
- identifying opportunities in the market and internal communication (GM, DOS, owners,...)
- in collaboration with the director of sales, developing of sales strategies and pricing
**Profil**:
- several years of experience in revenue management with a successful track record within the hotel industry
- strong strategical skills, a nose for opportunities
- analytical and IT-technical skilled
- eye for detail and solution oriented
- communicative, positive attitude and a real team player
- you speak at least fluent English
