**Developer Microsoft**
- Paradigm is de instelling van openbaar nut die verantwoordelijk is voor de digitalisering van het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest. Wij ondersteunen onze klanten - de Brusselse openbare instellingen - _in_ hun digitale _transitie_._ Werken voor Paradigm betekent een reële impact hebben op het dagelijkse leven van de Brusselaars._
Als **Microsoft Developer** werk je bij onze partner, de BGHM (Brusselse Gewestelijke Huisvestingsmaatschappij). Je maakt deel uit van het IT-team en ondersteunt projecten die verband houden met de digitale strategie van de BGHM.
**Jouw bijdrage, jouw taken**:
Als **Microsoft Developer** zijn je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden de volgende:
Analyseren, ontwikkelen en instaan voor het onderhoud van modules en applicatiefuncties op basis van een globale en voorafgaande analyse binnen de grenzen van de vastgestelde planning en budgetten, leveren van een software-/applicatieoplossing die voldoet aan de verwachtingen van de klant en aan de verwachte kwaliteitscriteria.
**Analyseren**
- Uitvoeren van de functionele EN/OF technische analyse (vereiste prestaties, enz.) (indien nodig in samenwerking met een Business Analist, Project Manager of Service Manager);
- De technische kenmerken van de modules of applicatiefuncties en hun geschiktheid met betrekking tot de behoeften van de klant bepalen.
**Documenteren**
- Opstellen van de documentatie van de broncode en geïmplementeerde functionaliteiten, zodat er een referentiekader is om toekomstige interventies aan deze software (onderhoud, evolutie, enz.) te vereenvoudigen.
**Ontwikkelen & Testen**
- Ontwikkelen van de modules of applicatiefuncties op basis van de analyse
- en ontwerpfase van de softwarearchitectuur;
- Naleven van de planning, van het tijdsbudget voor de ontwikkeling en van de specificaties;
- Technische en functionele tests uitvoeren van de ontwikkelde module of applicatiefuncties, waarbij gecontroleerd wordt of de verschillende ontwikkelingsfasen met elkaar in overeenstemming zijn.
**Onderhoud & technische ondersteuning**
- Wijzigingen aanbrengen aan de applicatie nadat deze bij de klant is uitgerold, waaronder het opvolgen van wijzigingsverzoeken en foutrapporten, het implementeren van veranderingen, het toezien op en verbeteren van de prestaties van de applicatie, het upgraden van de hardware en software.
**Jouw voornaamste taken**:
Gegevensbeheer, prestatieoptimalisatie en technische architectuur:
- Je beheert de gegevens in Power BI, je optimaliseert de rapportprestaties en je automatiseert het verzamelen en bijwerken van de gegevens.
- Je ontwerpt doeltreffende technische architectuuroplossingen voor procesautomatisering met Power Automate.
- Je analyseert en optimaliseert de prestaties van de ontwikkelde applicaties en van de integraties met Power Apps en SharePoint.
- Je doet aanbevelingen over architectuurkeuzes en over de best practices voor de ontwikkeling en integratie van Microsoft-oplossingen.
Ontwikkeling en onderhoud:
- Je creëert bedrijfsapplicaties met Power Apps en je automatiseert de processen met Power Automate.
- Je werkt mee aan de personalisering en integratie van Microsoft Dynamics tools.
- Je optimaliseert de SharePoint sites om te voldoen aan de samenwerkingsbehoeften.
- Je neemt deel aan de implementatie van governance op de Microsoft DevOps-omgeving aangepast aan een multi-vendorcontext.
Samenwerking en documentatie:
- Je werkt samen met de stakeholders om hun ideeën om te zetten in concrete oplossingen die zijn afgestemd op de architectuurstrategie van het bedrijf.
- Je stelt aanhoudende verbeteringen voor terwijl je toeziet op de coherentie en kwaliteit van de geïmplementeerde oplossingen.
Je werkt samen met de interne teams en externe leveranciers.
- Je documenteert de ontwikkelingen, de processen en je stelt gebruikershandleidingen op.
**Je ervaring en competenties**:
- Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie of gelijkwaardige opleiding
- Power BI: optimalisering van rapporten en automatisering van gegevensstromen, gegevensmodellen en DAX.
- Power Apps: ervaring met het ontwerpen van low-code applicaties.
- Power Automate: automatisering van bedrijfsprocessen en integratie met verschillende gegevensbronnen.
- SharePoint: kennis van frameworks, workflows en integratie met andere Microsoft-tools.
- Dynamics 365: kennis van CRM- of ERP-modules en mogelijke integraties.
- Microsoft Azure DevOps: kennis van de Microsoft DevOps-omgeving.
- Kennis van programmeertalen zoals C#, JavaScript of Python (een troef).
- Kennis van open source oplossingen die geïntegreerd kunnen worden in Microsoft-oplossingen is een pluspunt.
- SQL, API’s, Web API Dynamics of gelijkwaardig
- Functionele en technische analyse: vermogen om bedrijfsbehoeften te begrijpen en deze te vertalen naar coherente technische oplossingen.
- Technische architectuur: vaardigheden in het ontwerpen van schaalbare en geoptimaliseerde architecturen voor Microsoft-oplossingen.
