Wij zijn op zoek naar toffe gemotiveerde administratieve sales medewerkers. Als je administratief sterk bent en je hebt een basiskennis over payroll, dan ben jij mogelijk wel de geschikte kandidaat

**Organisatie**

Het team, bestaande uit 40 toegewijde medewerkers, is elke dag vol passie bezig met het verwerken van payroll: nauwkeurig, op maat en zonder onnodige omwegen. Ze garanderen dat de klanten, werkgevers, voldoen aan alle wettelijke verplichtingen. Bij dit bedrijf gaat de standaard een niveau hoger. Deze firma begeleidt bedrijven op maat en zo efficiënt mogelijk door de payroll. Ze bieden een unieke service die aansluit op specifieke behoeften.

**Functieomschrijving**

Als Sales Assistent krijg je een gevarieerd takenpakket:

- Voorbereiden van offertes voor werkgevers (zowel nationaal als internationaal) en partners uit het netwerk.
- Assisteren en begeleiden van werkgevers bij vragen over de tarieven en diensten, en indien nodig in nauw overleg met het juridisch departement. Tevens adviseren over de Belgische arbeids
- en sociale wetgeving wanneer dat vereist is voor de payroll-opzet.
- Opbouwen en onderhouden van relaties met klanten en netwerken op basis van expertise, discretie en wederzijds vertrouwen.
- Actief zoeken naar nieuwe zakelijke kansen.
- Bijdragen aan de externe communicatie en het bedrijfsimago door betrokkenheid bij het vormgeven en onderhouden van de sociale media.
- Beheren van het klantenbestand.
- Zelfstandig opvolgen van taken en opdrachten na het bepalen van de prioriteiten in overleg met het team.

**Profiel**
- Minimaal 2 jaar professionele ervaring in een administratieve omgeving.
- Vloeiende beheersing van het Engels (werktalen van het merendeel van de klanten) en beheersing van het Frans en/of Nederlands.
- Commercieel ingesteld.
- Affiniteit met payroll en sociaaljuridische onderwerpen.
- Proactief en initiatiefrijk.
- Combinatie van nauwkeurigheid in administratieve taken en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Haalt voldoening uit het leveren van hoge kwaliteit.
- Enthousiaste teamspeler die graag hard werkt en plezier maakt.

Het Business Development team bestaat momenteel uit drie personen. Ze zijn resultaatgericht en gedreven, maar hechten ook waarde aan plezier maken. Een goede balans is belangrijk. Binnen het transparante departement van business development staat communicatie centraal.
