**Role Overview**

The **Manufactury Academy Leader** will report to the Industrial Excellence & Star Factory Director and will work closely with Industrial experts and with Learning & Development experts.

**We are looking for**:
Leveraging on the momentum of the Star Factory program, which aims at building factories of tomorrow strengthening foundations and building a multi-year ambition to position the sites as leaders of industrial practices, the mission of the Star Factory Academy Leader will focus on:

- Delivering and implementing the strategic and operational plan of the Star Factory Academy
- Providing leadership, management and monitoring of all aspects of the Academy
- Enhancing the capabilities building journey of key personas for our factories
- Building people-required capabilities and ensuring there are spread across all sites

**We count on you for**:

- Design and implement learning strategies, priorities, and programs aligned with Star Factory ambition (incl. Site roll out)
- Identify and manage internal and external development partners to deliver on-time, in-budget solutions
- Support training courses and workshops delivery, setting and ensuring high-quality standards and learning effectiveness
- Engage with sites, vendors & key stakeholders to promote the academy
- Share deployment progress and analysis and organize the steering committee
- Scan internally and externally to make the bar is high enough, what new skills are going to be needed and constantly building changing and growing
- Drive communication & reputation for the academy
- Define and monitor budget
- Evaluate program effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement

**You will bring**:

- Master's degree required
- Experience in program and project design and management
- Passion for long-term development, creating a capabilities pathway for our factories
- Demonstrated success as a people-centered manufacturing leader (preferred)
- Make it-happen behaviors
- Team coach for trainers & experts
- Demonstrated success designing and deploying a functional academy or corporate university (preferred)
- Familiarity with learning theory, workforce evaluation, instructional design, and modern learning technology
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport and influence with employees at all levels of the organization
- Strong decision-making, organizational and prioritization skills
- Collaboration, Impact & Influence and facilitation skills
