We are on the lookout for a **Senior Growth Marketer **who embodies this ethos to join the TADAAM team, existing of 13 ambitious go-getters. Are you someone who finds a thrill in A/B testing, navigates through SEO and paid media with ease, and creates data-driven campaigns that capture attention? Then you might be the innovative mind we're seeking.

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of keeping our marketing strategies as vibrant and straightforward as our brand, contributing to both TADAAM's and Telenet's growth and evolution.

**Your responsibilities as a Senior Growth Marketer**

In this role, you'll oversee TADAAM’s digital strategy and the marketing funnel, manage diverse paid media campaigns, and lead targeted experimentation to optimize marketing strategies. You'll also be responsible for marketing automation using Braze, as well as managing the website, focusing on conversion rate optimization (CRO) and SEO to enhance user experience and performance. You’ll:

- Develop and maintain a full funnel marketing strategy from awareness to conversion, ensuring a seamless and effective customer journey.
- Execute and optimize paid media strategies across various channels with a strong focus on social platforms (e.g. Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) and search engines.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance of all digital marketing campaigns, evaluating ROI and KPIs, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Oversee the website to ensure optimal user experience and functionality, while directing conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts to enhance website performance and achieve business objectives.
- Continuously explore new audiences, messages, channels, and ad formats to identify growth opportunities.
- Implement tracking with Google Tag Manager for accurate data analysis.
- Lead marketing automation using Braze, enhancing always-on activities like newsletters and push notifications.

**Our ideal Senior Growth Marketer has **
- at least 3 years of experience in growth marketing, with a focus on paid media.
- a proven track record in planning and executing successful paid social & paid search campaigns.
- experience working with GTM, GA4 and Looker Studio or other analytical tools.
- strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting data to drive marketing decisions.
- excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
