This company was founded in **2018 **and is **located in Mechelen**, they created a **platform **to gather **real-time info** about the **target audience** of their clients (Burger King, Unilever, Proximus, Luminus, etc). Their platform allows you to **validate the right things at the right time**. **5 years** later, they are a **fast-growing company** of **25 people**, ready to become the **reference point** in market research. To **expand **their **commercial story**, they are actively seeking a **Key Acount Manager.**

**THE POSITION**
- As a KAM, it is your **responsibility **to **maintain** the **relationships **between the **company **and the **customers**. For example, you will have to schedule regular customer visits and you will be the first point of contact when important changes need to be implemented.
- Of course, you also have a commercial role. **Upselling and cross-selling** feel familiar to you, and with your **nose for opportunities** you know perfectly what customer needs.
- You will also take on a** strategic role**. You will think about the **optimization of the sales process**. Streamlining each process is essential for the growth of this organization.
- The** onboarding of new customers** is also part of your tasks.
