Creating products and taking care of the relationships with wholesale customers and real estate developers.

**Your responsibilities as a Key Account Manager**

The Key Account Manager analyzes the market, identifies opportunities and threats so that he/she can detect and close new opportunities and maintain and further develop the relationship with existing customers.
- You develop relationships with and act as a sparring partner for potential/existing partners and maintain these relationships with various stakeholders both at operational and board level to maximize customer satisfaction and identify opportunities from the outset.
- You actively lead or support contract negotiations to further develop/expand partnerships with both existing and new partners. You negotiate on both commercial (prices, financial model ) and technical (technical commitments, Service Level Agreements ) level.
- You follow up on sales targets and/or KPIs based on market and account knowledge, and you prepare correct and clear reporting of the forecast and status of the (top) projects. For the strategic accounts you draw up a clear strategy in the short/long term, including risks, projects, etc.
- You take a leading role in collaborating with other teams and management in the organization to meet the needs of the customers.
- You act as the end-to-end point of contact for Wholesale partners on a contractual, financial, and operational level.
- You give product
- or service-related presentations to partners and/or internal colleagues.
- You prepare reference offers and contracts for partners based on their needs, considering changing laws and regulations.

**Our ideal Key Account Manager**
- Master's degree with economic background and a minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience within the telecom industry
- You have a good knowledge of telecom laws and regulations
- You developed strong written and verbal communication skills
- You have strong analytical skills and understand the importance of KPIs and financial data
- You succeed in working efficiently in a dynamic environment
- You work result-oriented and anticipate opportunities or problems
- You have a good knowledge of Dutch, English and French
