You work in partnership with customers to define and execute a winning growth strategy for both Mondelēz International and the customer.

**How you will contribute**

- Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels with a key focus on building relationships at an appropriate level within the customer.
- Execute the strategy for the customer
- Ensure the delivery of JCBP (Joint Customer Business Plan).
- Optimize the use of resources in order to obtain more profitability in the operations

**More about this role**

**What you need to know about this position**:
The **_Key Account Manager _**is responsible with the Customer Business Team for developing a Powerful Customer Partnership in order to deliver the customer JBP and MDLZ revenue targets. This is accomplished through; revenue planning and forecasting; leading the execution of commercial strategies; and developing and executing the customer JBP.

**Job specific requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree.
- General work experience (5 years minimum).
- Functional work experience in retail or FMCG.
- Drive for results.
- Perseverant.
- Focused on customer needs.
- Integrity and trust
- fluent in Dutch, English and French

The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland.
