Fluxys is een internationale energieinfrastructuurgroep met 1.300 personeelsleden actief in gasvervoer en -opslag en terminalling van vloeibaar aardgas.

- en terminallingdiensten, door infrastructuur voor verschillende molecules te verbreden, te exploiteren en op te schalen en door te investeren in waardeketens van nieuwe energie (H2, NH3, synthetisch gas, biomethaan, CO2, enz.) en ze te verbinden.
Voor de afdeling**Asset Delivery op onze kantoren in Brussel zijn wij op zoek naar een **International Junior Project Leader**(m/v/x).
In het licht van de strategie van Fluxys in de groene transitie sta je de projectbeheerder bij als International Junior Project Leader bij de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van projecten buiten Europa en werk je in een internationale omgeving.
- Je bent betrokken bij grote infrastructuur, zoals invoer
- of uitvoerterminals, vloeibaarmakingseenheden, compressiestations of kraakinstallaties, waar je de projectbeheerder bijstaat en/of waar je de verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor bepaalde onderdelen binnen het project. Voor kleinere projecten neem je mogelijk de algehele verantwoordelijkheid van het project op je
- De projecten kunnen volledig eigendom zijn van Fluxys of in consortium met andere bedrijven
- Je werkt mee aan EPC- of EPCM-beheer, de bouw van grote en complexe projecten, inbedrijfstelling en overdracht aan de exploitant
- Je kunt betrokken zijn bij Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) voor een soepele overgang tussen de ontwikkelings
- en uitvoeringsfase nadat de definitieve investeringsbeslissing (FID) is genomen
- Tijdens de bouwfase houd je toezicht op de EPC-aannemer of beheer je de verschillende aannemers ter plaatse
- Het projectteam is verantwoordelijk voor de contractuele opvolging van de aannemers
- Als onderdeel van een projectteam ben je verantwoordelijk voor de planning, het budget en de kwaliteit van de opgeleverde structuur. Aangezien veiligheid en respect voor het milieukernwaarden zijn van Fluxys, draag je bij tot veilige en duurzame infrastructuur, vooral tijdens de bouw
- Je bereidt de overdracht aan de exploitant voor en zorgt voor de benodigde documentatie voor de exploitant en de opleiding van het personeel van de exploitant
- Je communiceert met en informeert je ondergeschikte ter plaatse en de projectleider op een nauwgezette manier
- Door betrokken te zijn bij een projectteam, breid je je kennis van de groene transitie (processen, technologieën, techniek en exploitatie) en je ervaring met projectbeheer uit die kunnen worden gevaloriseerd bij andere projecten
- Je verwerft expertise, verantwoordelijkheid en autonomie bij grote en complexe projecten in een internationale omgeving en door in verbinding te staan met andere workflows, zoals bedrijfsmodellen, commerciële aspecten, vergunningen, EPC en financiering
- Je draagt bij tot het kennisbeheer binnen de Fluxys-groep
- Je hebt een masterdiploma Burgerlijk of Industrieel Ingenieur
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring met projectbeheer (4-5 jaar) en/of bouw
- Specifieke technische kennis over groene molecules is een pluspunt
- Je beschikt over algemene vaardigheden in contractbeheer
- Je bent in staat gemakkelijk in een team te integreren
- Je kunt zelfstandig werken en reageren op en je aanpassen aan een veeleisende, internationale en complexe omgeving
- Je hebt een innovatieve geest en creatief denkvermogen
- Je beschikt over nauwgezette en efficiënte communicatieve vaardigheden, waardoor je kan groeien in een multiculturele omgeving en kan omgaan met culturele verschillen
- Je hebt een vlotte beheersing van het Engels en een goede kennis van het Frans en/of Nederlands. Kennis van Spaans, Portugees of Arabisch is een pluspunt
- Je bent bereid frequent te reizen of je te verplaatsen naar zakelijke, regionale of werfkantoren
- Je bent bereid het projectteam te integreren in het land waar het project wordt uitgevoerd
- Innoveer en draag bij tot een koolstofneutrale wereld
