**Wat houdt deze vacature in?**:
Als je aan payments of betaaloplossingen denkt, denk je vast aan zichtrekeningen, cash, betaalkaarten en Payconiq. Misschien zelfs aan Apple Pay, Garmin Pay of wearables. Ook langs de kant van de handelaars zijn er verschillende toepassingen: betaalterminals, de KBC-betaalknop, KBC Paypage

Het team dat jij als Product Owner versterkt, onderhoudt deze betaaloplossingen en ontwikkelt er ook nieuwe features voor. Dat doen jullie agile-gewijs, meer specifiek SAFe. Jullie leveren essentiële onderdelen op van het strategische innovatie-programma én zorgen er mee voor dat we voldoen aan de wettelijke vereisten rond betaalverkeer.

Als product owner werk je nauw samen met de scrummaster van het internationale team dat verspreid zit over Bulgarije, Roemenië, Indië en België.

**Wat verwachten we van jou?**:
Binnen ons Payments domein zijn we op zoek naar een extra product owner die volgende taken opneemt:

- Je kan in samenspraak met de Product Manager de backlog en roadmap vorm geven
- Je kan goed om met verandering en met een team dat continu bijstuurt
- Je kan procesmatig en probleemoplossend denken
- Je kan duidelijk communiceren naar de stakeholders (NL/EN)
- Je kan samenwerken met alle verschillende andere rollen (Business en ICT) binnen het team

**Jouw troeven?**:

- Je hebt relevante ervaring, bijvoorbeeld in de rol van productbeheer, procesbeheer en/of een beleidsfunctie. Ervaring in betaalverkeer is een meerwaarde, maar geen must.
- Overtuigd zijn van de voordelen van agile werken en de agile mindset is uiteraard wel een must. Heb je ook ervaring met agile of SAFe werken? Nog beter.
- Je hebt een heldere, gestructureerde, enthousiaste communicatiestijl. Ook in het Engels.
- Zijn er problemen? Dan denk jij in termen van oplossingen. Je blijft gaan voor het best mogelijke resultaat en bedenkt ook een aanpak om daartoe te komen.
- Je kijkt ernaar uit om te blijven bijleren, ook over complexe materie.
