**IT PMO (Program Management Officer)**
- En tant que PMO au sein du département IT, vous êtes passionné par le support aux projets et par le fait de créer une gouvernance permettant un suivi efficient des projets. Vous êtes attentif aux méthodologies, outils de suivi, coaching des Project Managers, reporting au Comité IT...
- Sur la base de vos analyses et suivis et de votre experience, vous pouvez proposer au Comité IT une roadmap tenant compte des priorités business, de la faisabilité technique et des ressources.
- Concrètement, en tant que IT PMO:
- Vous développez une connaissance approfondie du département IT et du business au sein de Group S
- Vous suivez et améliorez régulièrement la gouvernance en matière de PMO
- Vous maintenez des contacts quotidiens avec les différents Project Managers afin de faire un suivi précis de votre roadmap.
- Vous monitorez l’état d’avancement des projets tenant compte du business, des ressources, des budgets et des dépendances.
- Sur base de vos analyses et contacts, vous proposez, si nécessaire, des modifications de la roadmap au comité IT.
- Vous participer activement au coaching des équipes IT afin d’améliorer en continu l’efficience du département.
**Votre Profil**:
- Vous disposez d’une combinaison de vision stratégique, de capacité à travailler sur l'évolution à long terme et en même temps d’une bonne connaissance méthodologique.
- Vous avez une connaissance d’outils de suivi de projet : une connaissance en Jira est un plus.
- Vous connaissez les bonnes pratiques en matière de Project Management : Agile, Prince 2 afin d’aider et apporter des conseils aux project managers
- Vous avez une forte capacité d'analyse et d'intégration et vous savez conceptualiser et traduire des problèmes en solutions concrètes.
- Vous recherchez des solutions créatives et vous êtes orienté résultat.
- Vous attachez une grande importance à la qualité.
- Vous êtes enthousiaste et contribuez à un bon esprit d'équipe, où vous attachez une grande importance à la collaboration, l'ouverture, l'engagement personnel,...
- Vous êtes un bon communicateur.
- Vous maîtrisez une des deux langues nationales et avez une bonne connaissance de la seconde langue (français et néerlandais). Une connaissance de l’anglais est un plus.
