**YOUR RESPONSIBILITY**

The position as **Marketing Activation Manager Belgium** is a unique opportunity to join a company in the forefront of functional food and drinks. The overall goal for the Marketing Activation Manager is to champion the brands on the Belgium market, thereby contribute to the continued growth and success of Vitamin Well in the Benelux.

Your primary focus is to contribute to Vitamin Well’s brand growth (brands include Vitamin Well, NOCCO & Barebells) by integrating our products within different defined communities in the Benelux with focus in Belgium. Your responsibilities include driving and execute brand awareness activities, as well as identifying and approaching new target groups on the market.

You will play an important role in activating the marketing strategy and keep the budgets set for sponsoring, events, brand ambassadors as well as other marketing activations on the local market. Your duties include managing relevant social media channels (both strategic and operational), planning and executing marketing launches, campaigns and events, negotiate partnerships and sponsorship agreements, handling of sponsorship requests, identifying potential brand ambassadors and maintaining a relationship with them daily, samplings, as well as event staff management.

**Some examples of your responsibilities are**:

- Aligned with the marketing strategy, engage the market through high impact brand activities tailored to drive end-consumer engagement and loyalty as well as brand and business growth.
- Management of IG, and responsible for influencer marketing and creating engaging content for our social channels.
- Identification, planning and execution of 360° campaigns, both in on-trade & off-trade.
- Activation of 3rd party partnerships, providing engaging content, building strong relationships and execute activations.
- Activities which drive brand awareness and create synergies within the channels of the local markets that eventually lead to increase in sales.
- Develop the local Brand Ambassador program
- including: the identification and recruitment of Brand Ambassadors, the activation of Brand Ambassadors & the continuing development of our communities.
- Regular alignment with & support for sales initiatives.

The Marketing Activation Manager reports directly to the International Marketing Manager based at Vitamin Well HQ in Sweden. As part of the Benelux team, you will also work closely with our Marketing Activation Manager in the Netherlands, our local distributor D-drinks (located in Ghent) as well as local KAM.

**YOUR EXPERIENCE AND CAPABILITIES**

For the position as Marketing Activation Manager, we are looking for a passionate marketeer with the mindset and toolbox to create tangible results.

To be successful, you are result oriented with a strong drive, have excellent social and networking skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You are passionate about sports, fitness and lifestyle and have the personality to truly bring the brands to life.

Travels may occur in connection to events and activations, and the role thus requires that you have a valid driver’s license and enjoy a flexible hybrid working environment that can at times involve events outside regular office hours.

You are fluent in Dutch (Flemish) and French, as well as English, both in speaking and writing. All communication with HQ in Stockholm, Sweden, is in English.
