**About the job**

Oikocredit International (OI) raises equity capital from retail investors in Belgium via its local entity. The Belgian office oversees all topics related to the communication and marketing approach and implementation, the strategic partnerships in Belgium, the seamless customer journey and the operational continuity and compliance of the office. The Belgian office is part of the Investor Relations unit of OI

**Main responsibilities**
- Co create and support the marketing strategy on a national level
- Development, production and distribution of marketing and communication materials and campaigns that attract the target groups and increase brand awareness
- Plan and promote activities to retain investors and increase their capital.
- Collaboration with external stakeholders and internal teams to ensure that marketing efforts align with business goals.
- Support the SA in the organization, coordination and implementation of national events
- Measuring and analyzing the success of marketing and communication campaigns and adjusting improve future campaigns.
- Managing the company's website and social media presence, including creating content, monitoring engagement, and responding to customer inquiries.
- Coordinate localisation and translation projects when needed.

**Qualifications**
- Advanced university degree in Marketing/Communications or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Marketing/Communications of financial products.
- Familiarity with the financial markets regulation as it relates to marketing investment products in Belgium.
- Demonstrable alignment with Oikocredit’s values and commitment to the goals of impact investment generally.
- Native Dutch or French level, fluent English.
- Verbal and written communication and presentation.
- Market orientation.
- Ability to Influence others.

**Additional Remarks**

Willingness to travel within the country up to 10% of the time. Flexibility with respect to participating in meetings on weekends (compensated in kind in line with Oikocredit’s policy).
