As Marketing and Communication Manager, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing the company's marketing activities and campaigns. You will ensure that the Trasis brand image is maintained, both externally and internally, through structured communication.

Your responsibilities:

- Contribute to the implementation of marketing strategies.
- Develop promotional, advertising and sales actions.
- Promote Trasis’ activities and strengthen its presence on several media (social, press ).
- Contribute to the writing, formatting and distribution of internal and external communication.
- Develop press kits.
- Create and publish brochures and videos.
- Manage contacts and negotiations with service providers and subcontractors.
- Participate in the management of marketing/sales projects, and evaluate the ROI.
- Organize and participate in marketing events (fairs, exhibitions, webinars ).
- Analyze the market to identify promotional opportunities.
Your profile:

- Degree in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Communication or experience in an equivalent context.
- You have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position.
- Fluency in French and English (minimum level C1) is essential. Any other language is an asset.
- You are familiar with statistical tools and the Office suite.
- You have a very good knowledge of the Adobe suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Premiere is a plus.
- You have knowledge of CMS (Drupal/Wordpress).
- You have an interest in digital marketing (SEO, SEA).
- You have knowledge of social media.
- You are an excellent communicator.
- You have excellent writing skills.
- You are able to work alone and in a team.
- You are organized with a sense of priorities.
