D.C. Corporate Finance- Our client, D.C. Corporate Finance, is a corporate finance advisory firm, aimed at providing independent advice to family-owned businesses, private equity funds and corporates, with a focus on mid-market M&A transactions, debt advisory and fund raising (see our references for recent examples). D.C.F. was founded in 2015 by 3 experts active in corporate finance for many years. Their offices are located in- JobinhoudD.C.F. is looking to reinforce their team with an additional M&A Advisor or (future) Associate. You will work on a variety of corporate finance transactions for a broad range of companies. As part of a small dynamic team, you will immediately work closely with senior professionals on live deals, with a steep learning curve and ever-increasing responsibility.
- Create financial models such as business plans and valuations.
- Carry out in-depth analyses of companies, industries and markets.
- Work on presentations and memoranda for clients, advisers and other third parties.
- Actively manage client and third-party interaction and project management to ensure a seamless deal execution.
- Contribute to the team’s efforts in getting new mandates by preparing tailored pitches and participating in commercial presentations towards potential clients.
- Assist in the coaching of a team of interns.
- Profiel- Academic background: a master’s degree in (applied) economics, business engineering, civil engineering or law with an additional finance degree.
- You believe M&A transactions and corporate finance in general are exciting.
- You like to get things done and done right, with a high commitment towards our clients.
- Minimum 2-3 years professional experience in an analytical function within the financial sector, consultancy or audit; previous experience in corporate finance or transaction services is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch, English and French.
- You are a Microsoft Office wizard.
- You have a keen sense of humour.
